Nancy N. Lopez - Bookkeeper 808-969-1471 ext 228

 Nancy received an Associates Degree in Accounting in 1995, from Hawaii Community College.  Since then, she has been employed at Ginoza Realty, Inc. as the bookkeeper.  Nancy is our longest employee that we have, and knows the ins and outs of the accounting end.  Everything goes through her.

 Ginoza Realty, Inc. is a very fast pace office and to have a better working environment, Nancy believes in patience and honesty as the key to success.  She is very loyal, hard working, yet finds time to create a cheerful atmosphere in her crowded office space.

 We, along with the owners, are very fortunate to have Nancy as the bookkeeper.

 

    Jenny A. Rasmussen - Office Administrator 808-969-1471 ext 221

 Jenny joined our company in 2005. She was born and raised in Hilo, and also received her education at Hawaii Community College. It was there that she developed her office skills. 

 She honed her skills at various businesses in Hilo and is very confident on the computer and on the telephone.  Jenny is very friendly and dependable and will be an asset to our company.  Welcome to the real estate business, Jenny!

 

      Kate M. Arizumi - Rental Inventory/Condition Agent 808-969-1471 ext 229

 Kate does all of the rental unit inventory and condition statements.  She is responsible for identifying all of the problems before a new tenant moves in.  This is time consuming job and Kate has the patience to do it.  Kate also fills in the office when necessary.

 She had worked in our office for a few years and then took time off to raise a family.  Now that her three sons are getting older, Kate was very happy to come back to our company in 2003.  Thank you Kate!

 

  Carolyn Sumada – Assistant Office Administrator 808-969-1471 ext 229

Carolyn’s experience as an office clerk for a major food wholesaler has really helped our office.  For 16 years she handled all of the office work and then she took a short “retirement” before deciding that she needs to keep herself busy.

In her spare time, she is a volunteer for the County of Hawaii’s Meals on Wheels program.  Carolyn delivers lunches to our senior citizens and then she comes to the crazy world of real estate to keep her life in balance.  Then when she absolutely has nothing to do, she goes golfing and her handicap is 14.

The customers are happy with her friendly attitude and we are happy with her speed and efficiency.
