Carol S. Ginoza-Arikawa (R)-Principal Broker

 Ginoza Realty, Inc. opened its doors on June 1, 1982. It is a privately held company owned by Carol, who was born and raised in Hilo.

 Carol obtained her BA degree in English and Social Sciences from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and worked at a local realty company. It was there that she decided that she should become a sales agent, which led to her opening up her own realty business.

  The company operates from a plantation-style home that was built in 1927, and later commercially rezoned for office use.

 While our company principally manages property, we actively list and sell homes for our clients. Being a small company we can offer personal attention and a family type atmosphere.

 Wendy obtained her real estate license shortly after 1993.  She had started with Ginoza Realty as a property manager and assisted many individuals and families for many years.  She moved to Honolulu for a couple of years and returned to Hilo with a different perspective.  She re-activated her license and became an excellent sales agent.

 Because of her great work ethics and her everlasting energy, Wendy enthusiastically assists both sellers and buyers, making sure that their needs are always met. She always is on the go!
